The deadline to R.S.V.P. is February 14, 2026. Respond before Valentine’s Day so we can save you a seat and make sure there is enough food for everyone!
-
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to find your seat. We will be closing doors once the ceremony starts to avoid interruptions.
-
We’ll be having a catered Tex-Mex buffet from Eldorado Cafe. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please note them when you R.S.V.P.
-
The dress code is semi-formal. We won’t sweat it if you “forget” to wear a tie. Bring your best party attitude and outfit. Funky expressive realness encouraged!

Our venue — Sunset Valley City Call — has a very small parking lot, and we have to limit who can park there. Guests are encouraged to park across the street in the spacious Burger Center parking lot. For guests with mobility issues requiring closer access, or a designated handicap parking space, accommodations will be made to park at Sunset Valley City Hall right next to the building, with ramp access available. If you need parking accommodations, please let us know when you R.S.V.P. Guests who plan to drink are encouraged to carpool or rideshare.

Yes. Please let us know when you R.S.V.P. if you plan to bring young ones, and note their ages so we can be prepared for our little guests! Be mindful that there will be alcohol served at our reception, and parents will be expected to accompany young children at all times during the wedding ceremony and reception.

March weather in Texas can be very unpredictable. Because of this, all parts of the event are planned to take place indoors. That said, the grounds at Sunset Valley City Hall are lovely and guests are encouraged to step out during the reception to enjoy them — weather permitting.

Check your invitation to see if you are invited to bring a plus one! If you see “and guest” after your name, you may bring one additional guest along with you.

Yes! There will be a rehearsal on March 27th, followed by a welcome dinner for our closest family and guests from out of town. We’re keeping it casual with catering from Pinthouse Pizza — no need to dress up fancy for this one. Invitees to the rehearsal dinner will recieve an email invitation with more details a few weeks before the wedding.
